Mode of Action

Beauveria bassiana conidia present in Daman (L) produce enzymes that penetrate the insect's skin. Once inside, the fungus releases toxins such as Beauvericin and Oosporin, weakening the host’s immune system. The fungal mass eventually fills the insect body cavity, leading to various symptoms such as restlessness, cessation of feeding, and loss of coordination before death.

Application Methods

Foliar Spray:

• Dosage: 1 L per acre in 150-200 liters of water.
• Method: Apply uniformly over the crop using a hand sprayer or power sprayer with a hollow cone nozzle for fine mist generation.

Soil Application:

• Dosage: Mix 1 L in 100-200 kg of well-decomposed FYM/compost/field soil.
